Fully planned around your unique goals, a half an hour one to one PT session with me will be high impact, informative, fun and most importantly you will feel the burn! Its just like a normal PT session, from the comfort of your own home. Select your time, pay, and you will receive your booking link, zoom link ( face time or wattsapp call can be arranged if you'd rather, simply state this when you book) and a form to fill out prior to your session! Once paid everything will be sent to you. Happy booking! Once you've paid and booked that slot is yours and everything will be sent to you!
